Desktop Construction Progress & Risk Tracker

I need a desktop-based application that lets our project managers, site supervisors, and even clients follow every stage of a build without chasing spreadsheets or scattered reports.

The core functionality must cover:
• Progress monitoring – visual timelines, percentage complete, and automatic variance alerts.
• Cost control – real-time budget vs. actual dashboards, change-order logging, and forecast burn-rate.
• Risk management – register, rating matrix, and mitigation status tied to each task or cost item.

A clean, intuitive UI is essential because the same file will be opened on-site and in board-room presentations. Data entry should be straightforward, with the option to import from common CSV/Excel logs we already use. I’m happy for you to recommend the tech stack, provided it runs smoothly on standard Windows 10/11 machines without additional paid dependencies.

Deliverables
