Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to accurately enter, maintain, and organize company information and records remotely.
Accurately enter, update, and maintain company data, records, spreadsheets, and databases.
Review information for accuracy, completeness, and correct errors or discrepancies.
Process and organize production, inventory, purchasing, shipping, and administrative documents.
Prepare basic reports and spreadsheets and retrieve information as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and organized records while following company procedures.
Work with other departments to support daily administrative and data-management needs.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous data entry, administrative, clerical, or office experience is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.
Good typing and organizational skills.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic.
Willingness to learn company systems and procedures.
