I have a set of handwritten class notes that include several sketched-out tables. I need everything turned into a single, clean PDF that is both searchable and visually faithful to the originals.

Here is exactly what I’m after: each page should show a clear scan of the handwritten content while the underlying layer contains accurately transcribed text, so the document can be searched, copied, and indexed. Whenever a table appears, I want it rebuilt as an editable table—no flat images—so I can later adjust numbers or copy rows directly out of the PDF. In short, every table needs to behave as a normal table once the file is opened in Acrobat or any modern reader.

Accuracy matters more than speed; line breaks, headings, and any underlining should be mirrored so the final PDF still “looks” like my notes, only now fully digital and usable. If you use tools such as Adobe Acrobat Pro, OCR software, or LaTeX/Word before converting, mention it so I know the workflow will keep the file editable.

Deliverables:
• Searchable PDF that shows the original handwriting as an image layer with perfectly aligned typed text beneath.
• All tables recreated as fully editable tables in the PDF (no rasterized graphics).
• Source file you worked in (Word, InDesign, or similar) so I can revise later if needed.

Once delivered, I’ll run a quick spot-check on text accuracy and verify table editability before marking the project complete.
