Daily Invoice Data Entry

I receive between 20 and 40 invoices and receipts every business day and need them logged the same evening in a shared Excel or Google Sheets file. For each document you’ll capture three critical fields exactly as they appear on the original:

• Tax details
• Payment method
• Reference (invoice) number

Scans arrive in a Drive/OneDrive folder by 5 p.m. GMT; the spreadsheet must be fully updated no later than 10 p.m. Accuracy is vital because the sheet feeds directly into my bookkeeping workflow. Any missing or unclear information should be flagged in the Notes column so I can follow up with the supplier.

I’ll provide a pre-formatted template and a short walkthrough video; after that I’m counting on you to work independently and keep the data clean, consistent, and up to date each day.
