Daily Inventory Data Entry

I’m looking for ongoing help recording our store’s inventory adjustments at the close of each business day. On an average day I need between 1 – 50 individual SKU updates entered quickly and error-free into our tracking system so that the next morning’s reports reflect the correct on-hand counts.

You’ll receive the raw counts in a simple file each evening—usually Excel or CSV, though I can accommodate whatever format keeps you fastest and most accurate. Your task is to transfer those numbers into our cloud-based dashboard, double-check that totals balance against yesterday’s ending stock, and flag any negative or unrealistic deltas you see.

Consistency matters more than speed; I need the updates completed no later than 10 p.m. EST each night so our automated reorder rules can run. If you’ve handled retail stock control before or are comfortable with spreadsheet formulas and basic error-checking, this should be a straightforward daily routine.
