Toronto Construction Contacts Database

I am assembling a fresh, well-qualified list of construction and renovation companies operating in Toronto and the GTA. Your task is to scour reliable public sources—company websites, LinkedIn, trade directories, chamber listings, etc.—and extract up-to-date decision-maker details.

For each company you locate, add a row to a shared spreadsheet with the following fields:

• Company name
• Contact’s name
• Direct email address, or a few if applicable
• Direct phone number

You may work in Excel or Google Sheets, but the file must remain tidy, consistently formatted, and free of duplicates. I will review the first 20 entries to ensure we are aligned, then you can proceed to complete the agreed total. Data accuracy needs to exceed 95 %, and bounced emails will be counted as incomplete.
