Custom Website Build -- 2

I need a web developer to turn a blank slate into a fully-functioning website. There is no legacy code or design system to inherit; everything starts with selecting the stack and defining the feature set, then moves through build, test, and launch.

The site must be:
• Fully responsive and mobile-first
• SEO-friendly with clean, semantic markup
• Secure, with well-structured, modular code that is easy to maintain

Once we finalize the exact purpose and pages, the deliverables will be:

• Low-fidelity wireframes followed by one approved high-fidelity mock-up
• Front-end and back-end source code managed in a public or private Git repository
• A concise README with installation, build, and deployment instructions
• Live deployment on my hosting (or a platform you recommend)
• Two weeks of post-launch support for critical fixes and minor tweaks

Acceptance criteria include a clear commit history, documented components, and passing basic accessibility checks.
