Comprehensive Structural Plan Revisions

I already have the City’s full comment set, plus the latest plans and structural calculations for this commercial / multi-unit project, and I need them brought into full compliance.

Your task starts with revising every affected sheet and calculation page so the numbering and page references line up perfectly with each City comment. In the SAP model you will correct section properties, remove the duplicate self-weight, adjust load conversions, update wind criteria, and fix post locations before re-running the analysis and extracting individual post reactions.

Structural verification is required for all of the following:
• Roof framing, trusses, and support posts
• Steel beams, connections, and foundations
• Glazing, exterior walls, and egress door areas

Please check capacities and deflections for the existing trusses, PSL and steel beams, and foundations under the combined existing + proposed loads and resolve any discrepancies you find.

Next, redesign the post attachments for the actual wood-framed roof assembly. Show the correct fasteners, blocking, load-transfer details, waterproofing, and complete gravity, uplift, and lateral load paths.

Coordination items—glazing, egress door, exterior elevations, and design notes—must be updated so the drawings read as a single, coherent package. When everything is complete, provide an item-by-item response letter keyed to the City’s comments.
