I need a full-year energy simulation for a new public-use office building so I can confirm that the current design satisfies the required energy standard before permit submission. The focus is building-wide energy use, with special attention to heating and cooling loads and the resulting utility costs.

You will receive architectural drawings, envelope specs, occupancy schedules, lighting densities, and the preliminary HVAC concept. From there, translate the data into EnergyPlus, eQuest, IES-VE, or any equivalent platform you are comfortable with and run an annual simulation.

Deliverables
• The editable model file with all inputs clearly documented
• A summary report that states pass/fail against the target energy standard, shows the annual energy consumption breakdown (heating, cooling, lighting, plug loads, etc.), and itemises projected utility costs
• If the design misses the target, a short note recommending the most effective adjustments for compliance

Accuracy and clarity are paramount, and I would like a quick turnaround if possible—let me know your realistic timeline alongside any information you still need from me.
