I have a new electronic product in development and now need its PCB designed from the ground up. The schematic is still evolving, so I’ll be collaborating closely with you to finalise part selections, track widths, stack-up, and overall board size. Depending on how our architecture settles, the board may integrate a microcontroller, on-board power management, and several sensor interfaces, so please be comfortable routing mixed-signal and power domains.

Here’s the workflow I have in mind: first we confirm the schematic and component footprints, then move into the layout, DRC, and signal-integrity checks. I’d like all design work done in a mainstream package—Altium Designer, KiCad, or Eagle—so the files remain editable on my end.

Deliverables I’ll need at the end of the engagement:
• Source schematic and PCB layout files
• Gerber/ODB++ manufacturing outputs with drill files
• A complete, component-level BOM with manufacturer part numbers
• Assembly drawings and pick-and-place data
• A brief design report highlighting any layout constraints or critical routing notes

Please keep manufacturability front-of-mind; the board should be ready for quick-turn fabrication and automated assembly without additional re-work.
