Custom Flat Roof Wooden Carport

I need a permit-ready plan package for an approximately 20-by-30-foot open detached carport in unincorporated Palm Beach County, FL 33410. The parcel PCN begins with 00. The survey identifies the parcel as Flood Zone X/AH, NAVD88, and the proposed footprint may extend into Zone AH.

Please provide a proposal that includes: site-plan coordination from my survey; confirmation of setbacks/eave limits; structural design and Florida PE-sealed plans/calculations for attachment to the house, posts, beams, roof, hurricane wind uplift/lateral loads, footings/slab/anchors; product-approval schedule; and coordination of the flood elevation/foundation requirements.
