Crypto Card Portal Integration

The project is to stand up a secure, modern-looking client portal under carterafx.io that ties directly into the UPay API (https://upay-api-en.readme.io/reference/api-basic). Within the portal, new and existing clients must be able to:

• Sign up, authenticate, and recover credentials
• Instantly receive a new virtual crypto debit card, view its details, freeze/unfreeze or terminate it, and top-up funds
• Browse paginated transaction history with filters and exports

Security is non-negotiable. Two-factor authentication will sit on every sensitive action, all data in transit and at rest must be encrypted, and I will require a straightforward process for quarterly security audits (documentation plus test script hand-over).

Visually, the interface should follow a clean, modern style that matches the rest of carterafx.io. I have brand colours and typography ready to share; feel free to suggest a lightweight front-end framework that won’t bloat load times.

Back-end flexibility is yours—Node, Python, or another stack is fine as long as it integrates cleanly with the UPay REST endpoints and can scale. Please factor in logging, structured error handling, and environment-based config so the codebase is production ready from day one.

1. A realistic timeline broken into milestones (e.g., auth module, card issuance flow, UI polish, security review).
2. Your fixed price for the entire build, covering development, basic QA, and hand-off.
