Cross-Platform Streaming App With Payments

I need a complete streaming solution that runs smoothly on both Android and iOS. The user-facing app must deliver an experience on par with Unitv or TV Express: instant channel or VOD loading, reliable playback, and an intuitive interface that feels native on each platform.

Behind the scenes, an administrative web panel will let me create and assign credits, monitor usage, and manage an unlimited hierarchy of resellers. From that same panel I should be able to suspend, renew, or top-up any account in real time without touching the mobile builds.

A fully integrated payment gateway is mandatory. End users must be able to purchase credits and renew their service inside the app 24/7, with transactions reflected instantly in the credit balance I control from the panel.

Authentication will follow the single method chosen below so the flow stays simple for customers:
