English-Norwegian Medical Report Translation

I have a set of medical reports and laboratory test results that must be translated from English to Norwegian for submission to an insurance company / public authority in Norway. Accuracy is critical—every term, abbreviation, and reference range needs to read as if it were originally drafted by a Norwegian clinician. The layout and section order must mirror the source files so the insurer can review them without cross-checking two documents.

You should have proven experience with medical terminology in both languages and be comfortable working under patient-data confidentiality. CAT-tool use is welcome if it helps maintain term consistency, but the final text has to feel natural to a native Norwegian reader.

Deliverables:
• Fully translated, proofread reports and test results in the original file format (Word and PDF replicas)
• A short translator’s note confirming fidelity and completeness, dated and signed
