Create AI Pop Band Members

I want to launch a fully virtual pop group and need you to bring the “people” behind the music to life. Music production is already covered; what I’m missing are the actual band members— believable AI-driven personas the audience can bond with online.

Your focus will be on virtual band member creation. I need each member’s personality and backstory fleshed out so fans feel they’re following real artists rather than avatars. Visual design or voice synthesis could be explored later, but this phase is all about who these characters are, how they talk, what motivates them, and how they interact with one another on social platforms.

Deliverables
• 40 short videos a month (one month project) 7-010 seconds long .
• A concise group origin story that logically connects all members.
• Interaction guidelines: how each persona speaks, reacts, and engages online, including sample social posts and interview answers.
• A short roadmap suggesting how these backstories can evolve as the project grows.

Acceptance Criteria
• Every profile must be internally consistent and compelling enough to sustain fan engagement.
• Narratives should be original, avoiding clichés and obvious existing-artist parallels.
• All text delivered in editable format (Google Doc or Word).

If you’ve crafted characters for games, VTubers, or transmedia projects, that experience will be a plus. Let me know how you’d approach giving these AI stars genuine depth and personality.
