Country Manager - South Korea

FP Markets Group of Companies is a well-established, multi-regulated broker founded in Australia, providing traders with access to CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks, and Cryptocurrencies. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Country Manager – South Korea to lead and grow our operations in the Korean market.
Responsibilities:

Take full ownership of the Korean market, developing and executing strategic plans to grow our client base, revenue, and brand presence

Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, affiliates, and stakeholders in Korea

Identify opportunities for market expansion, including lead generation, local marketing channels, and strategic partnerships

Oversee onboarding and engagement of trading clients, affiliates, IBs, Money Managers, and other partners, ensuring an excellent client experience

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes, providing actionable insights to senior management

Lead cross-functional initiatives, working closely with marketing, customer support, and operations to drive business success

Represent FP Markets in Thailand at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

Candidate Profile:

2+ years of experience in FX/CFD and online trading industry (preferably for Korean region)

1+ years in a management or leadership role in sales, business development, or partner management

Fluent in Korean with good English proficiency

Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills

Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently in a remote setup
