I’m launching a new company that offers a range of technology-driven services, and I need a professionally coded corporate website built entirely from scratch—no AI site builders or template generators involved. Clean, native code is a must to ensure performance, security, and future scalability.

• Contact form that routes inquiries to our team inbox and logs basic analytics

Design direction
I don’t have a fixed color palette or layout in mind, so you’ll have creative freedom to propose a modern, responsive look that feels trustworthy and innovative. I’m happy to review wireframes or mood boards early so we can lock in a style before full development begins.

Technical expectations
Responsive front-end (mobile-first), cross-browser compatibility, and optimized loading speed are mandatory. Feel free to suggest a preferred stack—whether that’s a lightweight PHP/HTML/CSS/JS setup, a React front-end with a simple Node or Laravel back-end, or another approach—so long as it remains custom coded and easy for my team to hand-off and maintain.

Deliverables & acceptance
1. Fully developed website deployed to our hosting environment
2. All source files, assets, and documented build instructions
3. A brief hand-over session (video or written) covering code structure and updating procedures
