Concrete Home engineering Structural Drawings

I’m finalising the design of a new house and now need complete structural drawings so my builder and the permitting office can give the project the green-light. The building will be entirely concrete, so every detail must reflect concrete construction practices and the strength calculations that go with them.

The immediate deliverables I’m looking for are:
• Foundation plans showing footings, slab details, reinforcement schedules and any necessary sections.
• Framing plans (walls, beams, columns and lintels) that tie back to the foundation layout and accommodate plumbing and electrical penetrations.

All drawings must comply with our local building codes ib Malaysia I will supply the jurisdiction’s code packet and any site-specific requirements once we start. Please label every sheet clearly, include load calculations, and produce files ready for both PDF review and CAD modification (DWG or similar).

I have the architectural floor plans in DWG and PDF formats ready to share. Let me know your expected turnaround time, the software you’ll use, and any additional information you need so we can keep this project moving swiftly toward permit submission.
