I’m ready to launch a new website that presents our company in a clear, confident, and fully professional light. The site’s sole purpose is informational, so every page should quickly answer who we are, what we do, and how to reach us.
Visual tone needs to be corporate and polished—think balanced whitespaces, restrained colour palette, sharp typography, and imagery that reinforces credibility rather than stock-photo clichés. Speed, accessibility, and a responsive layout across desktop, tablet, and mobile are non-negotiable.
I’d like the build on a mainstream, easy-to-maintain CMS (WordPress, Webflow, or similar) so my team can update copy and upload new PDFs without touching code. Seamless navigation, a concise top-level menu, and a straightforward contact form with spam protection round out the core requirements.
Deliverables
• Fully responsive website (approx. 5–7 pages: Home, About, Services, Careers, News/Updates, Contact)
• Custom corporate/professional theme or design adaptation—no off-the-shelf look
• CMS setup with intuitive back-end editing and basic on-page SEO fields
• Contact form with validation, reCAPTCHA, and thank-you confirmation page
• Launch support plus short hand-over guide (PDF or Loom video) covering how to add or edit content
Acceptance Criteria
• Pages load in under 3 seconds on 4G according to Google PageSpeed Insights
• Layout renders correctly on Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox, including mobile versions
• All text, images, and metadata are editable from the CMS dashboard without code access
If you have recent examples of clean, corporate sites you’ve delivered, I’d love to see them along with a brief outline of your proposed approach and timeline.
