I need an extra pair of reliable hands to keep my databases up-to-date. The core of the job is twofold: first, accurately copy-pasting information I supply from documents, PDFs, and websites; second, collecting additional data online when gaps appear. Everything must be entered into Excel, Word, or Google Sheets—often all three within the same week—so you should feel at home moving between those tools.

My files follow a custom format that I will share up front. Column order, number and date styles, colour codes, and a few named ranges must stay intact. I’ll start you with a short sample set; once that passes a quick quality check, we roll into the full batches.

Volume averages 300–500 rows per week:
• Source files arrive Monday.
• Clean, fully formatted sheets are due Thursday.
• Friday is reserved for any touch-ups I flag.

Deliverables
• Completed spreadsheets or tables that match my custom template exactly
• A separate sheet listing every source link or document used
• Zero-error data (I validate with lookup and count checks)
