Convert Textbook to Plain Text

I need the full contents of a printed textbook keyed into a clean, error-free plain text file. Every chapter, section heading, footnote, and table has to appear in the same order as the original so the final TXT mirrors the book’s structure.

Tables will need a text-based layout that keeps column alignment readable—simple ASCII grids, pipes, or another clear method you prefer—as long as the data stays exactly where it belongs and can be copied out without losing its shape.

Please proofread as you go; I want a file that is ready for direct import into my study-tool pipeline, not something I’ll have to polish later. Consistent spacing, straight quotes, and UTF-8 encoding matter.

Deliverable
• One UTF-8 .txt file containing the entire textbook with tables rendered in plain text format.
