Convert Photos to Text

I need a reliable data entry specialist to extract clean, error-free text from a batch of photographs. All images will be supplied as high-resolution JPGs, and I’ll share them through a cloud folder for easy access.

Scope of work
• Review each photo for clarity and correct orientation.
• Accurately transcribe every visible word, number, and symbol into a provided spreadsheet or Word document.
• Maintain original formatting where possible—headings, bullet points, and paragraph breaks.
• Flag any illegible sections so I can resend or clarify.

Quality expectations
• 100 % completeness; no missing lines.
• ≤1 % typo rate after your own spell-check.
• Consistent use of capitalization and punctuation that mirrors the source.

Deliverable
A single, well-organized text file (or spreadsheet, if tables are present) ready for immediate use.
