I’m looking for a reliable Executive Assistant who already knows the rhythm of a busy recruitment desk and can jump in with minimal hand-holding. Most of your day will revolve around classic EA duties—owning my calendar, dealing with client and candidate emails, and keeping our spreadsheets and reports clean—but the make-or-break element is your ability to handle the ad-hoc admin and operational tasks that pop up without warning.
You should be comfortable supporting a recruitment consultant (that’s me) as well as the wider team, so expect to coordinate interview schedules across multiple time zones, prepare weekly pipeline reports, chase references, update ATS records, and step in with whatever operational help keeps the search moving.
I’m open to both part-time and full-time arrangements; what matters is a mid-level professional who brings initiative, sound judgment, and the calm efficiency that lets everyone else focus on closing roles. If you have that background and can demonstrate previous success in a similar setting, I’d love to hear how you’d keep our process running smoothly.
