Configure Action1 on Laptops

I have a small fleet of fewer than ten company-issued laptops—some running Windows 11 Pro, others on the latest macOS—that all need to be brought under a single Action1 cloud dashboard. The primary objectives are to enable continuous remote monitoring (CPU, memory, disk, etc.) and to streamline unattended software deployment for future roll-outs and updates.

Here is what I need completed:

• Create an Action1 tenant (or connect to the one I will provide) and verify account security settings.
• Install and configure the Action1 agent on every Windows and macOS laptop, making sure each device reports correctly.
• Set up basic monitoring rules and email/Slack alerts so I’m notified of offline devices or critical resource spikes.
• Build at least one test software-deployment job (for example, pushing Zoom or a small in-house MSI/PKG) and document the procedure so I can replicate it later.
• Provide a short hand-over guide (screenshots or screencast is fine) covering how to add new devices, schedule deployments, and interpret monitoring data.

Acceptance criteria
– All laptops appear as “Online” in the console with hardware/software details populated.
– Sample alert reaches my inbox when a device is forced offline.
– Test application installs silently on both operating systems via Action1.
– Handover guide received and clear.
