Organize Physical Classroom Resources

I’m looking for reliable assistance in getting my classroom library and other physical learning resources into perfect order. The shelves have grown a little chaotic over the term, so I need someone who can:

• Sort and categorize every book and physical teaching aid by subject and reading level
• Label shelves and individual items clearly for quick student access
• Implement a simple, maintainable tracking system so I always know what is on loan or in use

All materials are hard-copy only—nothing digital to worry about. I’ll provide access to the room outside of class hours, a rough categorization list, and labeling supplies; you bring your organizational eye and the patience to handle a few hundred items methodically. When we’re finished, I’d like a brief overview document (PDF or Word) outlining the final system so I can keep it up long-term.
