Concrete Underground Tank Design Consultation

I’m gearing up to build a concrete underground tank and need expert design and engineering support right away. I have a rough concept, but I want a complete structural package that meets local codes, addresses soil and groundwater loads, and includes clear construction guidance for my contractor.

Here’s what I’m looking for:

• Structural calculations and load-bearing analysis (concrete thickness, reinforcement schedule, hydrostatic pressure, buoyancy checks).
• Detailed construction drawings in AutoCAD/Revit plus a PDF set my builder can print on site.
• Waterproofing and drainage details suitable for an underground installation.
• Bill of quantities/material take-off so I can source everything confidently.
• Brief compliance note tying the design back to relevant standards and any permit requirements.

Because I’d like to break ground as soon as possible, I’ll need the first design draft within a week, with the final issue-for-construction package shortly after we finish any revisions.
