Experienced Co-Listing Agent for Short-Term Rentals

We are looking for an experienced Co-Listing Agent / Short-Term Rental Specialist to provide freelance support for short-term rental properties.

The ideal freelancer has hands-on experience with vacation rentals, Airbnb, co-hosting, property management, hospitality, or related operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Review and improve short-term rental listing information
- Help optimize listing titles, descriptions, amenities, and guest-facing content
- Organize property information and operational details
- Prepare and improve guest communication templates
- Support guest communication when assigned
- Organize check-in and check-out information
- Research comparable short-term rental properties
- Provide practical recommendations for listing presentation and operations
- Maintain clear task notes and progress updates
- Identify issues requiring client attention

IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are particularly interested in freelancers who have worked as Airbnb hosts, co-hosts, short-term rental managers, vacation-rental managers, property-management assistants, or hospitality professionals.

Strong communication, organization, reliability, and attention to detail are essential.
