Comprehensive eBay Store Management

My eBay shop is still small—with fewer than 50 live listings—but it takes more time than I can give it. I want every aspect of the storefront handled for me so I can focus on sourcing new inventory.
Here’s what has to happen day-to-day:
• Listing & Product Management – Create, revise, and retire listings as stock changes. Use eBay Seller Hub (and your preferred research tools such as Terapeak) to craft keyword-rich titles, accurate categories, and compelling photos so each item is ready for the Best Match algorithm.
• Customer Communication – Respond promptly and politely to all messages, offers, and return requests, keeping my seller metrics spotless.
• Orders & Shipping – Process paid orders the same day, upload tracking, and coordinate with my carrier so parcels go out on schedule.
Visibility is a priority, so every new or updated listing should be fully optimized for search and conversion: correct item specifics, competitive pricing, promoted-listing settings where it makes sense, and cross-selling where possible.
Acceptance will be based on:
1. All active listings showing green SEO scores in Seller Hub.
2. 100 % on-time shipping over the first month.
3. Response time to buyer messages averaging under 12 hours.
I’ll grant full storefront access once we start, and I’m happy to schedule a quick onboarding call to walk through my current workflow. If you’re confident with eBay policies, search optimization, and customer service, this is a straightforward, ongoing gig with room to grow as the inventory expands.
