Completion and Optimization of eCommerce Platform for Launch

The basic structure and some functionality has been completed, however I require an experienced developer to take what has been built, understand the existing architecture and business model, and help turn it into a fully functional, polished and launch-ready platform.

The right person will be able to work independently, identify what is incomplete, and recommend the best way to finish the platform rather than simply waiting for detailed instructions.

The work includes:
- Reviewing the existing platform
- Understanding the current technology stack and what has already been built
- Identifying gaps, bugs and unfinished functionality
- Completing the core platform functionality
- Improving the UX/UI where required
- Ensuring the site is fully responsive across desktop and mobile
- Building/refining eCommerce functionality
- Setting up relevant integrations and APIs (including Australian Taxation Office integration)
- Ensuring forms, customer journeys and key functionality work correctly
- Reviewing the backend/admin functionality
- Implementing appropriate analytics and tracking
- Testing the complete customer journey end-to-end
- Ensuring the platform is secure and scalable
- Preparing the platform for launch

Ideally looking for someone based in Australia as the integration with the Australian Taxation Office requires a MyGov account.

There may also be opportunities to continue working together after launch as the platform develops.
