Industrial Waterfront Site Development in CAD

I need an experienced AutoCAD/Civil CAD drafter to update and develop an existing industrial waterfront site plan in Norfolk, Virginia. I already have DWG survey/topographic files, a corrected site plan, hydrographic information, an impervious-area CAD drawing, and current aerial photographs.

Work will include:
• Organize and clean the existing CAD base drawing.
• Develop accurate impervious/pervious area polygons and square-foot calculations for stormwater purposes.
• Show revised internal access/roadway areas.
• Develop a conceptual waterfront plan including a fixed pier, floating docks, finger piers, boat berthing and an enlarged end area that may accommodate floatplane access.
• Add a conceptual crawler-crane operations area near the waterfront for a crane with approximately a 200-ft boom plus 40-ft jib.
• Show truck access/staging and a barge-loading position so the crane can transfer material between trucks and a barge.

This is CAD drafting and conceptual site planning, not stamped engineering. All proposed elements must remain editable on separate CAD layers.

Final deliverables must include the native editable DWG, DXF and PDF drawings. I will provide a detailed Scope of Work and the existing CAD/reference files.
