Deploy Existing Laravel 9 + Vue App to Isolated Staging & Test Stripe/PayPal Sandbox Payments

I have an existing, fully developed web application built with Laravel 9, Vue 3, MySQL 8 and PHP 8.1. A substantial cumulative update package with code changes, database migrations and deployment notes will be supplied.

You will:
1. Create an isolated staging installation with its own copy of the database. The existing website and all other projects must not be touched.
2. Deploy the supplied package according to its deployment instructions and configure the server, SSL, environment, permissions, queues and scheduler/cron as required.
3. Configure Stripe Test Mode and PayPal Sandbox. No real payments or live credentials will be used.
4. Thoroughly test the website in a real browser, including registrations, memberships, payments, upgrades, cancellations, webhooks, invoices, receipts, e-mails and the major user journeys.
5. Fix deployment/configuration problems. If you find an application-code problem, document it clearly rather than changing the application without my approval.

Deliverables: a fully working staging website plus a clear test report showing what was tested, what passed, what failed and supporting evidence.

The developer must self-test thoroughly. Payment will be released after I verify the staging website and completed work.
