I need a production-ready shopping app built from the ground up, covering mobile front-end, back-end services, and a web-based admin panel.
Security & Sign-in
Users will create accounts with the classic email/password flow. All traffic must travel over SSL, and stored credentials should be hashed and salted so the authentication layer passes a penetration test.
Shopping Experience
The interface has to feel effortless: smooth screen transitions, category browsing, and a fast, typo-tolerant product search. I’m expecting native performance on both iOS and Android, but I’m open to React Native or Flutter if you can still hit that standard.
Payments
Checkout must launch with PayPal, Stripe, and Square fully integrated. Each gateway should return clear success/failure callbacks so orders never end up in limbo.
Admin Dashboard
A separate web dashboard lets me:
• Track every order in real time
• Add, update, or retire products (images, price, inventory)
• View and manage user accounts
Deliverables
1. Mobile app source code and compiled builds (iOS & Android)
2. Secure back-end with documented API endpoints
3. Admin dashboard (responsive web)
4. Setup scripts or Docker files for one-click deployment
5. Short video or written walkthrough showing the full flow from sign-up to order fulfilment
6. Test report confirming authentication security and successful payment runs on all three gateways
Acceptance is based on the app passing a smoke test on my devices, all three payment gateways processing sandbox transactions, and the dashboard reflecting those orders accurately.
If any part of the stack is your specialty—whether that’s Flutter, Node.js, Laravel, Firebase, or another proven combo—let me know. I care more about reliability, clean code, and clear documentation than the specific framework.
