I’m moving quickly toward user testing and need a stripped-down yet polished Flutter MVP. You will receive my complete user journey, logo, colour palette, and fonts; from there your focus is to turn that vision into a cleanly organised widget tree, wire it to a lightweight backend (Firebase is perfectly acceptable), and deliver runnable test builds on both Android and iOS.
The heart of this build is authentication and a simple profile. Users must be able to sign up and sign in with either traditional email-and-password or phone number verification, stay logged in across sessions, and log out cleanly. Once inside, a profile screen lets them view and edit their personal information, with all changes persisting immediately to the backend. A password-reset flow should work from both the login screen and inside the profile.
I want the experience to feel complete even with its limited scope, so include only the essential screens—splash, onboarding, auth, home placeholder, profile, and a bare-bones settings drawer—styled through a central Theme so I can tweak branding without touching code. Solid error handling, basic form validation, and tidy state management matter more to me than flashy UI.
Deliverables
1. Well-structured Flutter/Dart source code with clear folders and widget separation.
2. Firebase project configured for Authentication (plus Firestore or Realtime DB only if needed for profile storage).
3. Builds uploaded to Google Play Internal Testing and TestFlight, ready for invite-only distribution.
4. A brief Loom or similar walkthrough explaining project structure, environment variables, and how to trigger future builds.
Acceptance criteria: sign-up, login, profile edit, and password reset work flawlessly on both platforms; data persists across sessions; store builds install and open without crashes; code is readable and easy for another developer to extend.
If you have a proven track record with Flutter, Firebase Auth, and test-track deployment, I’d love to see how fast we can get this in front of real users.
