Complete Home Design Plans Needed

I’m ready to take a single-family home from concept to clear, build-ready drawings and I need an experienced residential designer to prepare both the full floor plan and the exterior elevations. The scope covers the entire home, so every level, room, and facade should be addressed in a coordinated set.

What I will provide: lot dimensions, basic layout ideas, preferred style references, and any municipal guidelines that must be met.

What I expect back:
• Scaled floor plans that show walls, windows, doors, and core dimensions
• Front, rear, and side elevation drawings consistent with the plans
• Files delivered in PDF for quick review and the native CAD format for future editing

To be considered, include examples of past work on single-family homes that show you have taken projects from sketches to finished plans.
