Replicate PDF Layout in Excel

I have a PDF document that must look and feel identical once it lives in Excel. Every column width, row height, font style, border, and color should mirror the source so that a quick side-by-side comparison shows no visual difference. I do not need formulas—this is purely about presentation—but I do need the file to remain editable afterward.

Please bring in only those images that add meaning to the sheet and discard the decorative ones; if an image clarifies data or serves as a header or logo, keep it in the same position and scale. All pages and sections deserve the same level of care, so work through the PDF sequentially instead of prioritizing any single area.

Deliverable:
• One Excel workbook (.xlsx) that faithfully reproduces the entire PDF layout, with relevant images embedded and aligned.
