I have an Allen-Bradley CompactLogix processor installed at my facility in Ridgefield, NJ 07657 and I need a ladder-logic program that fully automates our conveyor line system. The goal is straightforward: once the operator presses START the line should sequence itself, react to its sensors, and shut down safely on faults or an E-Stop, all while remaining easy to troubleshoot.
Hardware and software already on hand:
1- allen bradley 5069 l330er
• CompactLogix controller with standard 24 V DC I/O cards
• A mix of photo-eyes, limit switches and VFD-driven motors
• Studio 5000 Logix Designer for programming
What I expect from you
• A clean, well-commented .ACD project file written in ladder logic
• Tag database and I/O map that match my wiring
• Brief documentation explaining sequences, alarms and any set-up parameters
Acceptance criteria
• The conveyor starts, stops and interlocks exactly as documented
• All inputs are debounced or filtered so there is no false triggering
• Fault conditions latch, display a descriptive message and require operator reset
• Program downloads and runs error-free in Studio 5000 v33 (or nearest compatible version)
I can provide the current I/O list, sensor layout and motor data sheets once the project begins. Remote development is fine, though local candidates who can spend a day on-site for commissioning near Ridgefield would be a plus.
