Freelance Recruiters / Talent Sourcers – Small Business Owner Hiring

We are looking for freelance recruiters/talent sourcers who can help us source qualified Small Business Owners / Small Business Professionals on an immediate basis for an AI evaluation project.

Current requirements:
Small Business Owners – Japan | Japanese
Small Business Owners – South Korea | Korean
Small Business Owners – LatAm | Spanish
Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile & Dominican Republic

Candidate profile:
2+ years of small business ownership/management experience
Strong understanding of day-to-day business operations
Comfortable using AI/chatbot tools
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
Business-related documents/materials available in the required local language

What we need from recruiters:
Ability to actively source and submit qualified candidates immediately
Access to relevant sourcing platforms and professional networks
Experience sourcing candidates across Japan, South Korea and/or LatAm
Ability to identify candidates who closely match the required experience and profile
