My farm property needs a small, under-500 sq ft retreat built primarily from reinforced concrete. I need an experienced construction engineer to convert this concept into a complete, build-ready package that a local contractor can follow without guesswork.

What I already have:
• A rough hand-sketch of the footprint and a clear idea of how I want to orient the house on the land.
• Local zoning information and soil test data.

What I need from you:
1. A refined floor plan that optimises the limited square footage for living, storage, and a small covered porch.
2. Full structural calculations for the concrete slab, walls, and roof, compliant with applicable building codes.
3. Detailed construction drawings (AutoCAD or Revit preferred) including foundation, elevations, sections, and connection details.
4. A concise materials schedule specifying concrete grades, rebar sizes, and any relevant finishes.
5. An easy-to-follow PDF set plus the original editable files for my records.
