I need a full load-case study in Staad.Pro for an existing pipeline that is currently in its maintenance phase.

The goal of the temporary support is to hold the pipeline in place without movement while replacement of the valve is carried out . I need you to calculate the safe working load for the temporary support while try to figure what is the max working load that the support needs to take .

Alongside the calculations, I also require a fabrication drawing for a box-type temporary support that will be positioned under the pipe during the maintenance work. The drawing must show overall dimensions, weld details, plate and stiffener sizes, and material specifications suitable for shop fabrication and on-site assembly.

Deliverables
• Staad.Pro model (*.std) with all load cases and combinations
• Calculation report (PDF) highlighting code checks and critical results
• AutoCAD or similar 2D drawing (DWG + PDF) for the box-type support, including bill of materials

Acceptance criteria
• Analysis follows the relevant pipeline or structural steel code agreed at kick-off
• Reactions and stresses remain within allowable limits with a safety factor appropriate for temporary works
• Drawing is ready for fabrication with no missing dimensions or material notes

I am happy to clarify any site data you need—just let me know early so the model reflects actual conditions.

Further materials will be given upon discussion or contract acceptance . A sample picture of the temporary is attached .
