Education System File Management System

We’re looking for a freelancer with Moodle and AWS experience to set up a teaching resource platform for approximately 10 teachers.

Phase 1 includes:

- Moodle installation and basic configuration on AWS.
- Course organisation by subject, curriculum and level.
- Teaching administrators uploading and managing materials.
- Teachers viewing and downloading authorised resources.
- Permissions, backups, basic security and handover training.

The required roles are:

- IT administrator: Manages installation, configuration, security and backups.
- Teaching administrator: Creates and manages courses, uploads and updates materials, and assigns teachers access within their authorised scope.
- Teacher: Can view and download materials from assigned courses only. Cannot upload, edit, delete materials or change permissions.

Teachers will have different access permissions based on their assigned subjects and courses.

Student access and student records are outside Phase 1. A later phase will support approximately 50 students, who should only access their enrolled courses, assignments and their own results and feedback. Teacher-only materials must remain restricted.

The platform also needs to link with our existing class management system. We will provide system details and any available API documentation. Please assess integration options, including synchronisation of teacher accounts, classes and course enrolments, and itemise the integration scope, cost and timeline separately.

Please quote for Phase 1 using standard Moodle features wherever possible while allowing for these future additions.
