Claude AI Systems VA

We run a fast-growing start-up where Claude powers most of our internal workflows. Your first and most important responsibility will be to design, prompt-engineer, and refine new Claude agents that automate daily tasks for sales, customer success, and operations. Once those agents are live, I’ll rely on you to map clear processes around them, keep the knowledge base tidy, and flag anything that slips through the cracks.

Here is how the role unfolds:

• Build AI agents in Claude that perform specific, measurable tasks
• Organize and document every workflow so anyone on the team can follow it
• Monitor agent outputs, troubleshoot errors, and report performance metrics
• Train teammates on how to use or update each agent
• Continue improving our systems as the company scales, spotting new automation opportunities along the way
