Photorealistic AI Screenplay Promo

I have a finished screenplay and a complete voice track produced in ElevenLabs, each character already separated with clean, ready-to-sync dialogue. The goal is to turn the opening and key climax moments into a 10-minute photorealistic promo that I can show to potential investors for a full-length feature.

Your first task will be a three-minute proof segment drawn from those same opening and climax beats. I’ll supply the screenplay pages, the timed audio, and several AI-generated reference images for the main characters. I need you to bring them to life with a lifelike AI-driven video pipeline—think Stable Diffusion/SDXL, Pika, Runway Gen-2, Wonder Studio, Kinematica, or a comparable toolset—while matching lip-sync and facial performance to the voices I provide.

I don’t yet have background music, so I’ll count on you to recommend or license a score that fits the tone. All music must be cleared for investor use.

Deliverables
• Three-minute photorealistic proof clip (4K preferred, 24 fps, synced to supplied audio)
• Draft and final cut of the full 10-minute promo once the proof is approved
• Music options (at least two) with usage terms
• Source project files or reproducible workflows so I can update later if needed

Acceptance criteria
• Characters stay visually consistent across shots and scenes
• Lip-sync accuracy within two frames of dialogue
• Minimal visual artifacts or uncanny movement; animation must feel cinematic, not slideshow
• Final export ready for investor screening (clean titles, no watermarks)
