Claude AI Integration Specialist (Project-Based / Remote)
Personal Sedan Services is a luxury chauffeured transportation company based in Las Vegas. We’ve been in business since 2000 and run 50+ vehicles, serving executives, conventions, VIP events, and airport transfers locally and nationwide. We’re looking for an experienced AI consultant for a project to integrate Claude (by Anthropic) into our day-to-day operations.
Project scope:
Connect Claude to our business tools: Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Slack, and our dispatch software (Limo Anywhere)
Automate quoting, booking follow-ups, and customer email responses
Set up workflows for call and email quality control, accounts receivable follow-ups, and daily dispatch reporting
Build reusable Claude skills and templates that match our brand voice and pricing rules
Support marketing with ad copy, social content, and Google Ads reporting summaries
Train our team to use Claude confidently once the project is complete
What we’re looking for:
Hands-on experience with Claude (claude.ai, Projects, connectors/MCP, skills) or the Claude API
Experience integrating AI with CRMs, dispatch, or booking systems. Transportation or hospitality experience is a plus.
Familiarity with Zapier, Make, or GoHighLevel automations is a bonus
A clear communicator who can explain things to non-technical staff
A portfolio or examples of past AI integration projects
