Fixed total budget: USD 500 for the agreed full scope, not per group.

We need an experienced FiveM mapping developer to prepare our existing YMAPs and associated assets for FiveM Enhanced.
This project covers existing map files and their required models, textures, collisions, archetypes, occlusion and LOD data. It does not involve general framework development, gameplay systems or creating new interiors from scratch.
You must already have a working GTA V Enhanced installation, FiveM Enhanced test environment, CodeWalker and the required conversion tools before accepting.
Required work

1. Convert assets for FiveM Enhanced
- Convert applicable Legacy models and textures using FiveM Alchemist or an appropriate verified workflow.
- Preserve the required YMAP, YTYP, collision and other supporting map data.
- Verify that the resulting assets load correctly in FiveM Enhanced.
- Report conversion failures or unavailable source files promptly.
Conversion logs or a folder named stream_enhanced alone do not establish completion.

2. Merge and organize map resources
Consolidate the supplied maps and assets into:
- ns-businessmaps
- ns-shadowmaps
- ns-governmentmaps
- ns-housingmaps
- ns-jobmaps
- ns-leisuremaps
- ns-worldmaps
- ns-mapdata for agreed shared mapdata and compatibility files.
The target is one working map resource per category, with a correct top-level manifest, required registrations and an organized streaming structure.
Identify any technical or asset-protection restriction before proceeding. Do not simply move unchanged individual resource folders under a category folder and describe them as merged.

3. Resolve map and asset conflicts
Identify and resolve:
- Duplicate filenames with different contents.
- Conflicting map definitions and archetypes.
- Overlapping placements and map edits.
- Collision, occlusion, LOD and streaming conflicts.
- Conflicts between category groups and shared mapdata.
Removing duplicate filenames is not necessarily conflict resolution. Preserve the required changes from each affected map.
Do not select a conflicting version solely by alphabetical order, load order or file size. Document the resolution and validate it in game.
Do not remove maps, replace businesses or choose between overlapping alternatives without our approval.

4. Repair and optimize
Within the agreed asset inventory:
- Fix missing models, props and textures.
- Address texture loss, flickering, incorrect collisions and visibility issues.
- Review and repair LODs, draw distances, map bounds and lighting where needed.
- Optimize textures and models where justified, preserving acceptable visual quality.
- Clean unnecessary files from the delivery.
- Verify compatibility when all supplied groups run together.
Any required UK-style texture or signage changes must be listed against specific assets before the fixed scope is agreed.
In-game validation is mandatory
Before submitting a category as completed:
- Load it on a working FiveM Enhanced test server.
- Visit every included map location.
- Check models, textures, collisions, lighting and visibility.
- Inspect repaired areas from different distances and angles.
- Check relevant server/client errors and streaming warnings.
- Test it with its required map dependencies.
Before final delivery, test all completed categories together.
For performance claims, provide before-and-after measurements using the same hardware, settings, locations and conditions.
CodeWalker inspection, automated reports and videos of files opening are not substitutes for FiveM Enhanced testing.
AI and automation may assist the work, but the developer remains responsible for inspecting and validating the results.
Scope and delivery
We will agree a dated inventory of included maps/assets, required repairs, exclusions and delivery dates before implementation.
We may initially share only a small batch for qualification. Further groups follow after that batch is validated. The initial batch does not redefine the full-project budget.

Work document:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1flO2glbX3TW3HPoyxrFSscfGvPfFdJvmt8ExuxPz6NI/edit?gid=860763218

Each delivery must include:
- One ZIP containing complete installation-ready resource folders.
- Correct manifests and required map files.
- Installation instructions, dependencies and start order.
- A file-level change list and conflict-resolution record.
- A per-location test checklist with relevant in-game screenshots or recordings.
- A clear list of any unresolved issues.
Blocked or untested work must be identified as incomplete. Do not silently delete assets or return an untested pack as finished work.
General server/framework development and unrelated scripts are outside scope. Existing asset dependencies must be identified and preserved; any required script changes must be raised before implementation.

Your proposal must confirm
1. Your experience with FiveM Enhanced YMAPs and associated assets.
2. That your game, tools and test environment are already operational.
3. How you resolve conflicting collision and occlusion files.
4. How you verify conversion and test every supplied map location.
5. Your delivery schedule for the qualification batch, remaining groups and final combined test.
6. That you have reviewed the inventory and can complete the agreed scope for USD 500, with any exclusions stated before acceptance.
Relevant experience and verifiable results are required. Generic bids will not be considered.
