CertifyCars.ae System Modifications & Fixes

Hi,
I have the following modifications and issues that need to be fixed in the CertifyCars admin/inspection system:

Code _ Laravel, React
Experts only.
Website, admin panel, inspection sheet ready and working. Just need some modification and add, edit, coloring kind of things
1. Inspection Saving Issue
When saving an inspection, it keeps loading/hanging and does not complete properly.
Please fix the saving process so that:
• The inspection saves successfully.
• The loading indicator stops once saving is completed.
• A successful save confirmation/message is displayed.
• If saving fails, an appropriate error message should be displayed instead of the page continuing to load.
• Please check both frontend and backend/database processes to identify the cause.
Also Please check and fix the upload process:
• Upload should complete successfully without getting stuck.
• Show proper loading/upload progress.
• Once completed, show a success confirmation.
• If the upload fails, show a clear error message.
• Please check the frontend, backend and file-storage process.
• Auto converstion of the file MB.
2. Admin Dashboard URL / Login & Routing
When I directly enter:
https://www.certifycars.ae/admin/dashboard
it currently goes to the main website instead of the admin login/dashboard.
Please fix the routing/authentication.
Requirements:
• If a user enters /admin/dashboard and is not logged in, it should open the admin login page.
• After successful login, it should redirect to the admin dashboard.
• All admin sidebar/subtitle/menu links should work correctly.
• If a user directly enters any admin page URL while not authenticated, they should be redirected to the admin login page — not the main website.
• If the user is already logged in, the admin URLs should open the correct admin pages directly.
• Please check the authentication middleware and routing configuration.
3 Kilometers — Inspection Edit
The Kilometers / Odometer field in an inspection should be editable.
Currently, after creating/saving an inspection, we need the ability to edit the kilometer reading from the inspection edit page.
Requirements:
• Kilometers should be editable.
• Updated kilometers should save correctly.
• The updated value should appear everywhere the inspection kilometer reading is displayed.
• The updated value should also be reflected in the generated inspection PDF/report.
• Editing kilometers should not affect other inspection information.
4. Inspection Comments — Color Coding
The inspection report should clearly distinguish between good/normal conditions and negative findings.
Bad / Negative:
• Any bad, damaged, failed, defective, requires-attention, or negative comment should appear in RED.
Good / Normal:
• Good condition, normal condition, satisfactory, OK, or positive comments should appear in GREEN.
Please apply this consistently throughout the inspection report/PDF so the customer can immediately understand which items are good and which items require attention.
5 Login Page — CertifyCars Logo
The admin login page should have the CertifyCars logo and branding.
Requirements:
• Add the CertifyCars logo to the login page.
• The page should clearly look like an official CertifyCars admin login.
• Logo should be properly sized and positioned.
• It should also look good on mobile and desktop.
6. Deleted Data — Permanent Delete History / Audit Trail
Currently, when something is deleted, we don't know where the deleted data is going.
We need a proper deleted-data/audit system.
Whenever any data is deleted:
• It should NOT be permanently deleted.
• The deleted record should be stored in a separate Deleted Data / Trash / Audit database.
• The system should record:
o What was deleted
o Record/inspection ID
o Who deleted it
o Date and time of deletion
o Reason for deletion
• The user must provide a reason for deletion before deleting.
• Admin should be able to view all deleted records later.
• Admin should be able to sort and filter deleted records by:
o Reason
o Date
o User
o Record type
o Other relevant fields
• Even an admin must NOT be able to permanently delete these deleted records.
• Deleted records must remain available permanently for audit/history purposes.
Please apply this to relevant deletions throughout the system, not only inspections.
7. Other Vehicle Files — Send as Separate PDF Attachments
Currently, when files related to other vehicles files are attached, the system provides them as a downloadable link. In first page.
We would prefer the files to be sent directly as PDF attachments in the email.
Requirements:
• Generate the relevant vehicle file/report as a PDF.
• Attach the PDF directly to the email.
• The recipient should be able to open the PDF directly from the email without relying on a download link.
• The PDF filename should clearly identify the relevant vehicle/customer/inspection.
• If there are multiple vehicle files/reports, attach each as a separate PDF where applicable.
• Please check the current email and attachment workflow and modify it accordingly.

8. * Some Editing in vehicle inspection report area, after seeing and checkiing, the design of the report has to be changed.
the link of the report has to be changed, after 1 month a link should show its expired 30 days validity, should able to change the inspection report by admin, we should have a tap for it to customize ourself if we do some changes in the admin panel it should show in the report. Kind of year, kms, address and more to see. (report address, booking address should able to edit ourselves)

* we have 3 inspection packages, so we do one or one different, so that page shouldn’t be shown each other as blank, so we need to discuss.

Important
Please check these changes across the frontend, backend, database, file storage, PDF generation, email system, authentication and admin routing where applicable.
Also, please make sure these changes do not affect or corrupt existing inspection records or reports.
