Carpooling Liability Legal Framework

IHi There,

I was curious to know if you we could do a consult with yourself and what your rate would be if you were giving us some advice.
We were creating a startup that would use Churches as clients and would connect congregates with each other for carpooling. We were looking for advice on how to structure our process so it wouldn't associate the churches with liability and also the liability us as a company would be responsible for.
