USA-Based E-Commerce Support Assistant

I run an online store and want to hand off some daily work so I can focus on growth. My most pressing need is accurate, up-to-date inventory management—making sure stock levels in our system always match what is actually on the shelf. Alongside that, I’d like you to take charge of our eBay presence, specifically refining and maintaining product descriptions so they stay clear, keyword-rich, and in line with eBay’s current policies.

Here’s what the role will look like from day one: you’ll log in to our inventory dashboard, reconcile physical counts with what’s showing online, flag any discrepancies, and update the numbers right away. When a new shipment arrives, you’ll add SKUs, quantities, and basic details without waiting for me to prompt you. On eBay, you’ll review each active listing, rewriting or expanding the description where needed to improve SEO and reduce customer questions.

All tools—our cloud inventory platform, the eBay Seller Hub, and a shared Google Workspace—are ready for you. I’ll provide account access, style guidelines, and a quick video walkthrough. I expect clear communication, same-day responses during business hours (Eastern Time), and meticulous attention to detail. Deliverables each week are a reconciled inventory report and a change log of all eBay description edits.
