CargoWise House BL Customization Training

I use CargoWise One daily and now need to master the document customisation module so I can build a fully branded House BL. My goal is to adjust both the layout and the underlying data fields, then roll the template out across the organisation without relying on outside help each time a tweak is needed.

Scope of what I want to learn
• Layout – header and footer structure, text alignment, preferred fonts, plus correct placement of our images and logos.
• Content – selecting the right data fields, adding or removing clauses, and controlling conditional text so the BL prints correctly in every scenario.

How I picture the engagement
I’d like a series of interactive, screen-sharing sessions (recordings welcome) where you walk me through CargoWise’s document editor step by step. Between calls I’ll try the steps on my end; you’ll review the results and point out improvements. If you have pre-built examples or shortcuts, even better.

Deliverables
1. A working, editable House BL template reflecting my brand elements.
2. A concise reference guide (PDF or Word) listing the key menus, field names, and tips we covered.
3. At least two live training sessions (1–2 hrs each) with Q&A and recorded copies.

Acceptance criteria
• I can regenerate the House BL with the revised header, footer, logo placement, and fonts exactly as shown in the template.
• All chosen data fields populate correctly from CargoWise without manual edits.
• I feel confident enough to adjust layout or content on my own after the final session.

Familiarity with CargoWise One’s document design tools, XML data mapping, and best practices for freight documentation is essential. Let’s schedule the first call as soon as we agree on timing.
