Minimalist 3D Resort Master-Plan

I have a two-dimensional resort map that needs to be elevated into a clean, minimalist 3D master-plan. The final model should focus first and foremost on our accommodations—rooms and suites—so their placement and scale are immediately clear to viewers. I would like the overall palette to stay within natural colors, avoiding anything overly saturated, to keep the presentation calm and sophisticated.

Please deliver a high-resolution still image (ideal for brochures and investor decks) plus the native 3D file so my team can create future fly-throughs if needed. The geometry should be lightweight enough to open smoothly on standard workstations yet detailed enough that individual buildings can be distinguished at a glance. Accurate footprints, basic landscaping massing, and subtle shading for depth are all I need; no hyper-real textures or heavy post-production effects.

I can provide the current 2D CAD/PDF map and reference photos of the buildings the moment we start. Let me know your preferred software—SketchUp, Blender, or any other mainstream tool is fine—as long as I receive an exported FBX or OBJ alongside the original file.

If the delivered view clearly shows every accommodation block, respects natural color tones, and maintains a crisp minimalist aesthetic, I will consider the project complete and release payment immediately. Looking forward to seeing the resort come to life in 3D.
