We are seeking an experienced Preschool Educational Content Developer to create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning worksheets and activity books for children aged approximately 2.5–5 years. The focus is on educational content design, prioritizing curriculum-aligned activities over graphic design.
What we want to create:
We want to develop original preschool learning content similar in quality and presentation to premium nursery/kindergarten worksheet books. These should blend fun and education seamlessly.
The content may include:
- English / phonics / alphabet activities
- Letter recognition
- Pre-writing and tracing
- Vocabulary building
- Numbers and counting
- Number recognition
- Matching activities
- Sorting and classification
- Shapes and colors
- Simple puzzles
- Observation activities
- EVS / general awareness
- Basic science concepts
- Fine-motor activities
- Coloring activities
- Pattern recognition
- Mazes
- Odd-one-out tasks
- Same/different sorting exercises
- Sequencing tasks and picture identification

What we expect from you:
You should be able to:
1. Develop original educational content that aligns with early childhood learning standards.
2. Understand developmental milestones for children aged 2.5–5 years.
3. Ensure the worksheets are highly interactive, fun, and easy to follow.
4. Bring expertise in crafting engaging preschool content that supports early literacy and numeracy skills.
5. Collaborate on visual aspects with a graphic designer, if needed, or provide guidance for toddler-friendly design.
6. Deliver print-ready files suitable for commercial printing (PDFs).
7. Provide suggestions for continuous improvement of content based on your expertise in early childhood education.
